I was in to renew my vehicle registration today. I learned that my paperwork was incomplete. I thought I would have to return another day. Instead, Omar knew what to do. He called (small glitch meant it took some time to reach the right person) my insurance and between us we were able to have them e-mail Omar my needed info.
