I unfortunately hired a realtor from this office and day 3 into the contract I was already contacting the broker about him. 35 or 36 days into my house on the market I realized he had incorrectly entered how many stories my house had. He listed it as a 1 story and it is a 2 story. So any person or realtor on the MLS never got my house show up in the search if they were looking for a 2 story. Fired that guy on day 45 or so and had to pay him $500.00 to get out of the contract Brokerage neverasked
