I had a man (a staff member, I don't know who he is) at the front desk harass me, emotionally abusive with his words and called me a lier for an email I was supposed to send previously that I know I did in re to payment insurance. Owner (I think) came out and tried to smooth things over, I left. When I found the email proof that I DID SEND, instead of an apology I got told it is my perception of the events, blame shoved back on me again, NO APOLOGY he couldn't even say sorry I made a mistake.
