Been going to this pharmacy for 20+ years. A few years ago staff changed and service became very slow/unpredictable. Today, Castledowns AARP is a friendly community pharmacy that gives great customer service. My spouse and I always get our meds and vaccinations from here. This pharmacy has small town charm that's rare and a treat to have.

I’ve been going to The Medicine Shoppe on Jasper Ave and 90 st. for several years. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They treat their customers like they are royalty. They make free deliveries which is amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found this particular pharmacy. I used to live beside the pharmacy but have since moved to the west end. Still, I will never switch pharmacies because of the excellent care they have given me. Thank you so much!

I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.

Simon the pharmacist is helpful, friendly, and professional. He consistently goes the extra mile for his customers. I have been going to The Drug Store for years and have had nothing but outstanding service from all of the employees. I highly recommend this gem of a drug store in Castledowns.
