Urban Plumbing did the work on our whole house remodel, top to bottom, new plumbing, new radiator heat, new furnace, all new plumbing and fixtures, exterior drain tiles, exterior pool shower and garage instant on gas heater. We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!
