I attended Montana's Cookhouse with my Brother and Girlfriend last week and expected good quality food and service. I expected it because Montanas Cookhouse i widely recognized and I have also attended it before and loved it. I suggest coming here for a dinner or lunch because you receive great food for a low cost. I ordered chicken penne which was 15$ and a coke for 3$, so for under 20$ I received an excellent meal and fast service. The environment is loud and upbeat giving you a fun experience.

The Milestones franchise has always had an excellent atmosphere and better than average food. The meals are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.
I wanted to make a quick note about the Asian sesame chicken appetizer. It was the best chicken app. I've had in my entire life. Absolutely fantastic taste!
Service did a great job as well.

Milestones on Brant Street is one of the best restaurants, never mind JUST Milestones that I have been too. The food is amazing, Alex and John are the managers and they clearly have their pHDs on how to run this business. The staff are beyond accommodating....Michael, Jay, Andre, Michael, Heather, John, Jeff....I could go on and on. We go to the Dixon Road location and absolutely love it there. Mostly because we are served by Tanya and sometimes Christina. They are the best Waitresses there. Tanya always remembers what we order, even our drinks, every time we go there and Tanya is the reason we keep going back to that location. All the service is great and Angie at the bar is great as well. But as a family we appreciate Tanya's service, personality and her smile every time we go there to eat...Thank you Tanya....Trevor, Kelly & Tara

I came here with my family for a decent meal. The waitress was very nice and had good manners and wasn't rude.
The hamburger I ordered was little dry, but it still tasted okay.
The atmosphere is pretty good, but crowded, that probably me and my family came there on a weekend.

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. Must have visited at a bad time or something. I eat here almost weekly and am never let down. The menu is always improving and the service is pretty well standard- GREAT.
Drinks specials are always happening and there are usually seasonal deals as well. If something does go wrong (which is inevitable once in a while in ANY restaurant), a manager always comes out to fix the problem and adjust the bill accordingly.

Im in love with their spinach dip!! WE usually just go here b4 movies and have appetizers and drinks, and i always leave happy. They have great desserts too! Much better than montanas! Best chicken wings too!! yum!

I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad!

This restaurant used to be corporately run and the quality and customer service wasn't the best. Over the last couple of years it has become a franchise and the food and service is great. At this Swiss Chalet it's like the commercials says, "taste it once, love it forever."

My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! Really defined 'above and beyond' in customer service for me, cannot wait to return.
