HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!! I am semi-bedridden and hard to get around, this wonderful company was out and took such good care of me. The gentleman that came was so quick and so courteous, the owner Dan was wonderful and so helpful in Helping me . They are really great, I can’t say enough about them. Have had them for a new job and excellent service and so. Courteous , I can’t say enough about this company.
