I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food. Lire plus
I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant.
