Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I recently have had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Mike I had received a phone call offering furnace servicing, although they were kind on the phone and the special was good I declined there offer. Until recently when my furnace light went out and i had no heat. I got in contact with them and they offered to come out for free and diagnose the problem. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home they took off there shoes and put shoe covers over their socks. It turns out my pilot light had burnt out and they suggested having the furnace serviced which i agreed as it hadnt been done in sometime. They cleaned everything, nothing like the cleaning my furnace had received a few years prior.Like i said on there customer comment card I would definitely recommend Mike and peter to anyone. :)

A week ago I had a service done by Pro Ace Heating& Cooling LTD
in the past 20 years never have I experience such wonderful service
from a heating company. The Technician who came to my house
was proffesional funny and kind. He took his time to service the
furnace and he also gave me options and answered all of my
questions, I was very impressed with his knowledge and
competence. I would reccomend this Heating company to all of
friends and Family

This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much
