This week Dwayne was required to come twice to do some repairs on our garage door. He was prompt, very friendly and easy to talk to. His work was excellent!
Office staff also very helpful and friendly when checking on a couple things.

My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!
