The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values. I have used this florist a couple of times now over the past 2 years, and have found the owner to be helpful and professional. She will give you some suggestions if you are unsure of what you would like, and her prices are reasonable compared to other shops.
