While on the road around southern Ontario, I like to have a few folks on-call to help me out of the "jam" as I say. Breakdowns happen here and there, whilst in Kitchener, the Pioneer did right by me and gave a good winching. Highly recommended by me!

Wiped out in the ditch
Caa took 25 minutes to answer... and another 10 - 15 to find me..
After they then quoted 1hr 19min! 2 hours in the ditch :O.
Elite updated with a 30 minute response time & responded in about 22!
I'm sure it's not always like this, and I'm sure Noone likes their car impounded! Lol.
But this is the second time dealing with and I'm satisfied! :)
