I have been working with Julian for close to two months now and I must say that his professionalism, expertise and care is far beyond what I have experienced in the past. Each routine he creates targets the key areas of my body (abs and butt for me). I can see the definition when I look in the mirror..definitely can't wait to show it off in the summer. I have been going to goodlife for two years and have used a lot of their trainers and classes.. recently I had some issues that Required some stretching deeper than what I could accomplish on my own so I saw their myofascial stretch guy, Simon. All I can say is I was in constant pain before, now I have more flexibility and no pain . I would highly recommend him to anyone with tight muscles and you’re just not sure what to do..

Going to Goodlife fitness (Brampton & Mayfield), I enjoy working out there because the people including the trainers are very free-spirited and helpful. Good services was provided as expected. There’s one of the staff ,Ash, that’s a hard worker and manages his time pretty well. He doesn’t waste his time and is very observant for every little thing that has to be done in the gym as well. Ash usually welcomes you with great energy and treat you like family.

As a new Canadian PR and having no basic four wheeler driving experience (have DL extract), I thought of go to G2 rather than directly go to G License from G1. I came to know the driving school from one of my whatsapp group.After my first five classes from Malik uncle, he asked me to go to G. He gave such a excellent training. its like spoon feeding. He is having such a patience.really worth taking course here.
In my 11th drive, I got G license. I strongly recommend this school and Malik uncle.
