I became a member of RSF January 2014. The ownership had just changed. At that time the place was not that well kept. The new owner has completely changed things around: New equipment, repainting, saunas cleaned and refinished. They have done a great job. Love going there now. Just keeps getting better. PIlates from the Center is an exceptional studio with instructors who certainly know their stuff. I'm been to a few pilates studios trying to find one that made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and I finally found one. Not only do they know what they are doing but they take the time to make you know what you're doing so that you can take pilates into your everyday life.

This place has it all! The trainer, Mitch Walls, is very knowledgeable and he know exactly what I need to shed some pounds and gain muscles. He also provided me with dietary guidelines to maintain weight loss. I have to say that within 1 to 1/2 month my love handle is getting tighter.

Rusty really knew what he was doing and fixed an old treadmill where the plastic had broken holding the bolt that secures the roller, He used a large washer to provide strength and then taught me how to adjust it going forward. This is such an amazing gym! The instructors for group exercise classes are top of the line. I enjoy their Zumba classes and yoga classes. The studio is super spacious! The gym is huge and very clean. I love their modern equipment such as the power racks, reverse hyper, and cable machines! They have plenty of equipment, it's never crowded and I like how clean it is and they have the most professional gym equipment like the hammer strength area, and their cardio machines. I don't appreciate the other "SarahBaker" using my name to spread such lies. I've been a member since march 2011 and have loved every minute! I've tried regular gyms, team sports and going for daily walks and after a few weeks I would loose motivation, get bored and never see results. I've lost 6 pant sizes in about 5 months and have been going 3-5 times a week since I joined. I've NEVER done that for longer than a few weeks in the past!! AND I now look forward to working out. I started working there in August, and haven't looked back. We don't pressure or intimidate. We just want you to give your best. Whatever that may be.
