The team at Northland Volkswagen was great! I was buying a car from out of town and Carmen and Guy did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the trip to Calgary. Once I got in town and test drove the car, the purchase process was quick and easy. Northland was definitely the best dealership I dealt with while car shopping. 10/10; would make the drive out again in the future for another car.

My service rep Brandon was amazing and I get him every time I come in. He's very kind and very understanding. I live in the far SW and will only drive to your location if I have car needs. I was locked outside of my car one cold night and called them as i thought tow truck would be faster. Apparently, they also got light duty roadside vehicles. The girl that answered the phone was very nice, and instructed me to go inside the tim hortons (she saw that from looking in the map, NOT from me telling her i was across from one!), and sent a guy named Alex who opened the car in less than 3 minutes.
Price is very reasonable considering it was almost 1am, and id say the service was top notch.
Really good honest guys! Wish them all the best.
