Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!

Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

I found mike at Pitt River Auto Service on the internet, I was so happy with his service, and knowledge! It didn’t hurt he was one of the nicest most sincere fellows I’ve meet in a while , he didn’t upsell or up charge me on anything, it was actually cheaper than he said it may be !! Dan was quick to respond, knowledgeable and has stock. His shop is humble but his customer service was excellent. I just picked up a new 28” deluxe SHO from his shop today. I feel I got a great unit at a great price and it was exactly what I wanted. Best yet is I didn’t have to wait weeks to order in a unit. I would absolutely suggest PTF to anyone looking for quality products and support. Looking over the negative reviews it’s hard to believe we were at the same shop. Thank you Dan

I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
