They went out of their way to provide me with multiple high resolution photographs which helped me make my decision to buy. I lost the birthstone in my ring, so I decided to get it fixed. I contacted Magnetta Designs and they ordered a certified stone and re-set my ring. It looks beautiful and only took a couple of days. Thanks Magnetta Designs!!!!

WOW!! So nice to deal with an affordable mom and pop business,rather than a high priced chain store. Great friendly service and he REALLY takes care of his customers.I didnt realize it at first,but he also sells decent quality clocks/watches at fair prices.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Took my wedding ring and bands to have them up sized as I’m getting arthritis in my finger. I also asked them to look at my ring as it looked a bit crooked and i wasn’t happy with the claw rebuild i’d had done at another jewellers. They found a crack in a claw, fixed it, upsized my rings and polished them all up beautifully. So happy with the price and service I will not hesitate to have any of my jewelry serviced here in the future. Can’t recommend them enough!
