Called in a pinch with HuGe stuff going on.....the company called as promised and came as promised. Hayden was an amazing competent Roto-rooter. He knew right away what to do to access the paper towel clog..,20 feet down the line . I deeply appreciated his kind manner, straight to the task and very very professional. After months of waiting (mostly) patiently for my husband to install our laundry sink, I contacted Proper Plumbing & Heating to get a quote to get my husband off the hook! Trevor came when he said he would, and came back the next day to finish it because my taps were missing a key piece, which he picked for me. His customer service is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! FYI, my husband was thrilled to have that crossed off his list!
