We needed a oil change pre travel on our GMC Sierra truck. While waiting the manager came out into the parking lot to greet us, chat with us and offer us either a hot/cold beverage. Patel our service technician was so efficient and so very gracious. This man does not stop moving! He put the correct air pressure in our tires, quickly changed our oil, AND replaced our windshield wipers. One of our newly purchased wipers was faulty; he installed a new Michelin substitute. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone. Lire plus
