My wife and l had the pleasure of working with Dan Weaver of Century 21 to purchase our home in Ridgeway Ont. We really like Dan as we found him to be very professional and mindful of just what we were looking for in a home. Dan was with us every step of the way. He even took our calls while he was on his vacation. That is to me, going above and beyond. Dan also sold a house for us in Sherkston and we are extremely pleased with his efforts to make that happen. He has also sold a house for our niece and helped her purchase another one also in Ridgeway. Bottom line, l will recomend Dan all day long. If l ever find the need to sell and purchase again Dan is our guy. Thanks again Dan for all you help. 10 stars my friend. -

I worked with Barbara Scarlett to find a home and was incredibly impressed with her quality of service, responsiveness, and knowledge of the Niagara Region. I was referred to her through another agent out of the area who described her as "a force to be reckoned with in the real estate world." They were so right. She knows the market, trends, and how to help you find the house you are looking for. Barb is friendly, realistic, and overall a great agent to work with. My husband and I used the team of Dan Weaver and Paul Houlachan in the end of 2019 and beginning of 2021. They were incredibly responsive to all types of media....calls, texts, and emails. We were not easy clients with very specific wants (sorry guys).....but they nailed it and we were able to sell our house and purchase a newer one. They know the fort Erie area very well and are very knowledgable. We ran into a little snag on move day and they didn't say to bad so sad ...they showed up! And they went above and beyond to help us! We highly recommend them!
