Stanfield Homes to us was the ability to trust in Todd and Debbie. Building with Stanfield Homes gave us the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the building process. Of course there is always stress with building but to have some one like Stanfield Homes who specializes in acreage builds allowed us to build our absolute dream house in a middle of a field. 

It gave us the freedom to focus on the smaller details like my farm house sink, our personalized gym, the beloved pantry butler bar, my husbands costume basement bar (with hot tub window and kegerator) or my fantasy ensuite walk-in closet! If we had an idea or a dream it was just a conversation away from reality with Stanfield. Our inside and outside house wide speaker system was a must so after a number of conversations with Todd and working out a few minor details we have an amazing music/entertainment speaker system that even my husband (who is technology challenged) can figure out on his phone. 

We have and will continue to praise and recommend the services they can provide for you and your family. 

We cherished the help we received from Todd and Debbie while building our dream home for our family. They take pride in delivering a well made beautiful product and getting to know their customers. We even had the opportunity to tell them we were excepting our first baby during our building process.

When we first started the building process of our first new home build, we originally had a builder picked out. We were a little apprehensive and a friend of ours told us on a few occasions to give Todd a call before we finalized anything. Boy, we are sure glad we did! From the start, Todd made us feel comfortable and we knew he would be great to work with. Todd came well prepared with a breakdown of what to expect at each stage of the build and the potential costs. We were always then sure to be kept up to date and well informed by Debbie with the stage of the build and cost breakdowns. 

We loved the fact that we were fully a part of each stage of the building process. It truly felt like our home from the start as we were able to come to see our house whenever we wanted. Todd was easy to get a hold of and to talk to. He supported us every step of the way, giving us lots of leeway in the decisions on materials and knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations when asked.

The sub-contractors were top notch and were all very good at what they did.

We are often asked if the building process was stressful or frustrating and we can honestly say that it was really enjoyable and we highly recommend building with Stanfield homes. We could not be happier with our new home and with how everything went.

We have been dreaming of moving back to George’s family farm that’s been in his family for 93yrs. But we needed to build a home there. We heard of many difficulties people have had with building homes, including going seriously over budget, the finished product not being what was expected, as well as serious conflicts along the way.

Not so with Todd at Stanfield Homes. Todd worked with us intensively to come up with a design and ideas that would bring our home within our budget. What was very important to us was a well-built home that would last a long time and hopefully pass on to a family member. Todd constantly kept us apprised at every stage of the build. So much so that we have minimal concerns, if any, about what should have been done differently. 

We are very happy and impressed that Todd was able to build the home we dreamed of and wanted while at the same time, keeping well within the budget we agreed on. We are very pleased with Todd’s focus on providing and exceeding what he had promised. Todd built our home with pride and attention to detail as if he were building his own home.
