He came for Lily and was very kind. He is a dog lover and understood my grief.

The absolute worst customer service and unprofessional environment I have ever seen. This business simply exists because the service provided is not offered elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone who believes that a pet deserves to be treated with the same respect as any other loved one who passses. Unreal,disgusting, and unprofessional....... no other away to explain it.

Not impressed ! Not organized at all, wanted my dogs paw prints done before cremation my husband asked to have it done and it was not he claims it was never asked not happy :(
