Capital Subaru

Terrible service. Ordered a headlight wiring harness from them and it did not fit. Went to return it and they told me they “do not return electrical products” Which would have been nice to know when I purchased it! So now I’m stuck with overpriced harnesses that are useless to me. They were very unhelpful and did not care for my problem what so ever. Will not be back.

I bought a car at Capital Subaru 2 years ago and have had my service work completed there ever since. The buying process was very pleasant; my salesperson was knowledgeable and friendy; and no pressure was exerted at any point. I also found the Business Manager to be easy to work with - at no time did I feel I was being offered something (warranty, accessories, etc) that I didn't require. The service experience since has been consistently pleasant. The work has been completed quickly and competently. Pricing has been fair, and several times I've not been charged for minor adjustments/repairs.
