Bad service. Staff needs training.
Called the branch to update an address and they could not help. Gave me the wrong 1-866 number to call to get it changed. Ended up on hold for 40 minutes on their small business line, then bounced around a few times. Finally after 45 minutes they still do not have the right address. I guess someone else can get my mail. TD just does not care.
I used to be employed by this institution before automation and the lineups have not improved even with the machines. Two weeks ago I waited in the line to trade in my coin for cash, for 37 minutes????Unacceptable amount of time spent uselessly. Why did you get rid of the coin machines? also my spouse and I went in to make our accounts joint. The girl helping us was interrupted by other staff twice, and left us there by ourselves.I tried to book an appointment, told not needed.
