TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst bank and branch ever! Went to certify a check, the branch manager was so arrogant. She wouldnt even try to find a solution but for the account holder to come himself so they can verify it even though he was overseas and during covid!? For a cheque!?, reason was the phone number on file wasnt valid anymore. I provided numbers, emails, and the account holder on the phone! They would even talk to the account holder even if he called the branch directly!

Tres mauvais service pour les francophones. pendant l´attente au telephone il suggères de vous transférez a un agent anglophone. Actuellement en attente depuis 50 minutes....

Great staff. Personalized customer services, always respectful and smily. Best bank in the area.

Nice staff and competent people.

Friendly staff, but service is slow. Don't watch opening hours, can be 15-20 minutes late to open.

Manager and staff completely incompetent. Branch to avoid.
