The owner is pushy rude, and not only did I loose money He was devious when I went for a fitting He (they) switched dresses on me. I was to pick it up already altered to take home. Instead, it was the wrong dress and it had to be altered. What a mistake in going there. It was not customer service friendly at all. Take pictures of the dress you choose. They are devious I would never recommend my worst enemy to go there. Totally unacceptable. If this is how you do business. LOOOSE ALOT.......

Terrible service. They don’t tailor the dresses properly. Suggestions and comments are pushed aside. They hold their noses up to you. They are disorganized and caused so many problems and so much stress. They were very last minute I had to stil get alterations a week before the event unbelievable!

I went in today just because i saw a flyer on which they had announced a sale... As i went in and began to shop, i saw how wonderful the store & the owner were... Couldnt be happier. little did I know you that I would be leaving with my dream wedding dress an hour later!! David was the kindest, and most helpful (and patient lol!). I said Yes to the Dress!! I recommend this place...good dress selection , amazing prices, & wonderful people. Thank you so much for making my day so beautiful!

Our experience as bridesmaids and for the bride-to-be was absolutely amazing. We were greeted with open arms and smiled. Isabella and David were super helpful and listen to our opinions. They are truly amazing and respects your budget. And the most important thing; the bride said "YES to the dress". Thank you making it a memorable experience for the bridesmaids and the bride-to-be.

The smaller sizes...

The smaller sizes was ordered for 2 out of 5 dresses, they tried to let one out and did a very poor job. The owner was arrogant and tried to charge for opening the dress. The other girl had no choice but to take a floor model in the color of the bridal party but not the style she ordered and it needs a lot of alterations, we are hoping it looks good. The measurements were verified and the girls had not gained any weight. One of the dresses had a ripped crinoline.
