I hadn't been to a Kelsey's and I believe everything is worse than it used to be. I believe my last visit was over a year ago. Based on this experience I do not believe I will rush to come back. First, the young waitresses were not attractive. They dress them in boring cargo pants reminiscent of Swiss Chalet or something. This is disappointing. I like to have fun when we go out to eat. Not here. I think Moxies gets it right in this regard. The menu is limited in choice but that is not surprising I can get that. What was disappointing were the portions. I am certain the portion sizes have been reduced. There was little on the plate. Maybe they want to direct people to the dessert menu. That is not fair. Finally, price was fair, but not for the portion. No reason to come back.
