If there was an option to offer a negative -5 rating I would choose it. First avenue Properties is a terrible and dishonest builder. They cut corners on construction,safety, and building code and standards. They have no fire alarms in the building and have recently been charged by the city of Vaughan due to toxic leeching fumes present in the units at 5451 highway 7. Renters have fallen ill, forced to leave and closed businesses due to the negligence and greed displayed by the landlords.
