I was there for business, party of five. Wine glass shattered while being on the table. Completely destroyed my new expensive skirt and ivory trench. I did not receive one single apology. No offer to cover my dry cleaning bill, no removal of the wine from the bill. No credit for my next visit. Nothing. Not even an apology. The waiter pretty much ignored me. All this poor service for a $400 business lunch and a diner who frequents your restaurant often with clients. Highly disappointed.
