I called Rons appliance to come look at my dryer that was not working properly, after diagnosing the problem he gave me an estimate as to the cost of the repair. But I appreciated that he was honest and informed me that the part I required was costly and it maybe a better investment to purchase a new dryer rather than have it repaired. So I did some research and after comparing the cost I relized he was right. I found Rons appliance to be trustworthy, which goes a long way with me.

Amazing experience. Great customer service and extremely fair to deal with. I recommend this company to anyone having appliance issues.

Worse experience hands down. Poor customer service and the rudest service person I have ever had to deal with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
