Horrible customer service. I said hello to the employee in front of the fitting room and my greeting is ignored. For a split second I felt uncomfortable. While trying on clothes, I could hear customers being offered help with finding sizes and bought to their change rooms. No one offered me any assistance. I spent almost $135 for five items. I took my purchase to the mall bathroom to try the remaining garments on after finding larger sizes by myself. No more shopping at H&M for me.
