Upper Canada Bowel Clinic

I was scheduled for a simple, routine colonoscopy at 9:45am in the morning. They did not call me in for preparation until roughly 10:53am. Then I waited until at least 11:45am for the procedure to begin, and was given 3 different excuses for the delay. Considering what we have to endure the day before, this office really does not care about your inconvenience, and knows nothing about proper scheduling.

Staff are incompetent and highly disorganised. Ive been present in the waiting area when many other patients have complained about the service. Dont follow up with positive test findings, have been waiting 1.5 months for some sort of response. Keep getting told someone will call me back, and they never do. Spoke to the nurse supervisor, completely dismissed my complaints, didnt care, kept saying moving on, and didnt acknowledge any responsibility or be apologetic.
