WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went to the store to pick up a package (that I didn't get notice for). The customer service rep was talking to another person. I waited 10 minutes and he ignored me when I tried to get his attention. When he decided to "help" me, I had to tell and spell my name multiple times. He proceeded to point to the floor and told me to look for my package. I found my parcel, damaged and partially opened. When I showed him the package and he said "I am not UPS. Complain to them!" I was very upset, and as I turned to leave he mumbled, "Good riddance! I hope not to see you again!"
