customer service?
I have been to the clinic on a few occasions when my regular RMT is away and received OK service and massage. Recently, I called to book an appt. for an evening after 3:30 and was given one at 3:45. I received a confirmation phone call a day prior to as well. The day of my massage I received a very abrupt message stating I had missed my 2:45 appt. When I called to inquire, I could hear the receptionist speaking to the therapist, (who I could hear sighing and complaining I had missed my time), needless to say she was the one who had left me the message confirming my 3:45 time the day before. No explanation given for their error, I was just informed that I had to rebook, no thanks. I guess now I know why there's always a sign saying "walk in's welcome".
