Just wrote a review expressing how they never answer the phones and someone picked up on the second ring! VERY pleasant and they do have the modem I need so am on my way to do the exchange.

unpleasant experience. went to exchange modem and was told to come back the next day, the next day came to pick the modem and was told again that this store does not have modems and to call tomorrow to see if they do. was trying to call the next day and many attempts and no one answered. phone calls were dropping all the time.
