Ritz Bar Café offers premium local coffee from Pilot Coffee Roasters, who have earned an exceptional reputation in Toronto. Proprietors of Pilot, Andy and Rob Wilkin, run their business using the Direct Trade model. This involves them going to origin to meet the coffee bean growers, tour the farms, build relationships, and work out an agreement face-to-face.

From traditional bar snacks and ceviches, to street food classics and aromatic cocktails, Ritz Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto introduces a new concept inspired by the flavours of Peru. Created by Executive Sous Chef Jordan Barrett, the tapas-style menu features traditional favourites, along with modern twists on classic dishes including:

Bistro Tender, Red Onion, Grape Tomato, Aji Amarillo, Coriander, Pisco, homemade Frites & Steamed Rice. To complement these dishes, Ritz Bar has also created a handcrafted cocktail menu that incorporates some of Perus most notable flavours. Prepared using liquid nitrogen, the Pisco Pasion features pancho fiero pisco, passion fruit puree, house made simple syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice; while the Mountain Mist combines vodka and orange liqueur with brewed floral tea, hibiscus syrup and rose hips poured from a signature copper kettle and served over an infused ice sphere.

Each Sloane Tea is individually sourced & blended by certified tea sommeliers. Chosen from hundreds of tea gardens, Sloane Teas are carefully processed using centuries old artisanal techniques. Our scented and blended teas are custom created by our own team of Certified Tea Sommeliers and culinary experts. As part of the development of our products, we have consulted with the Maître Nez (Head Nose) of one of Frances foremost perfumeries and trained at the Studio Des Fragrance in Grasse, France.
