Recall responsibility avoidance

FIAT had a recall of 500 manual which included all models from 2012 to 2017 so I took mine back to where I had purchased it - Raceway in Rexdale. I made an appointment told the service rep specifically that I was bringing in my car for a recall on the clutch. Lo' and behold after 3 hours and $225 to replace a headlight light bulb and a slow leak in the rear tires, they said they did not have the clutch parts. Two days later, it took SIX hours to replace the clutch. The reciept said 1.5 hours .

Very bad service Last month I went to them and wanted to buy Pacifica,the employee told me he is going to call me back within a week to confirm wether I'm approved or not for finance since more than three weeks I'm calling him "Shadi" everyday and he says I will call you back , and he never calls , it's the first time in my life that I see a client who goes after the employee to buy something ,while the employee is careless and doesn't seem he wants to work He is wasting my time I'm upset

I've bought two vehicles a few years back after a year later problems developed it was a headache and discontinued my sevice with them. Worst place to buy a vehicle. They continue to harassing with mails and e-mails and no matter how many times you asked them to stop they continue to be a bother.
