The Dr was rude, spoke over me and didn't listen to anything I would say.
I cancelled any future appointment because I did not feel comfortable being under and anaesthetic around him.
Constantly cancelling my appointments sometimes without adequate notification. Its been over a year.
Go to any other clinic if you care for your health.
This place wastes your time they redo test that gave already been done . It felt like they were just milking the system to make a quick buck off of the patients redoing tests
The staff where professional from the beginning to the time i was preparing to leave. They made sure i understood the preperation procedure and even called me to see if i had any other concerns.
DR. Edward Sternthal did the procedure he talked me through the whole process and even came to the recovery room to make sure i was ok.

I’ve been here twice. Once as a patient and now supporting a friend. This place needs major process improvements. The optics of waiting 2 hours while everbody else goes in ahead of you regardless of when they arrived is not good. I understand that some patience may be having minor and less invasive procedures but waiting two hours in the wait room is unacceptable
The clinic itself is completely fine but I have never received such dismissive and ignorant treatment from a doctor as I have from Dr. Abraham. He barely let me tell him what my issue was without cutting me off, he made assumptions based off of nothing except my job. He kept rolling his eyes or making annoyed sounds as I was trying to give him a history of my issue. He wouldn't listen to me try to explain my pain or the problems I was having without cutting me off. Worst experience ever!
Bright, pleasant, and FAST.
Starts a bit later than scheduled. It is impossible to predict what the doctors may encounter, but mine was uncomplicated. In and out in less than half an hour.
Nurse and doc were congenial and know every butt joke going. Procedure is carefully explained.
Exam took less than 5 mins. and findings are explained on the spot.
If your butt is acting up, just go. They know what they are doing and are focused on solutions.
