Needed to replace a toilet and George was very friendly, professional and got the job done very quickly. He also explained every step, took the old toilet and left everything clean. I would definitely call New Canadian again in the future!
I called New Canadian Drain and the technician Winford came over within the hour and fixed a leak under the kitchen sink. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are very satisfied and highly recommended New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

Got frozen pipe issue and called them. They can not get full house water working. So they cut the pipe said will connect when weather warm and left one bath room without water for whole winter. But still charge me around 1000$ full service fee. When called them few days ago to re-connect the cut pipe they asked 480$ + hst again. Called the company and they said it is between me and contractor. Not honest company do work like this way.
We had our sewer blocked and called the New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Company. They came,did a Camera inspection and told us the block was on our side of the property and the cost to fix it would be $7,100. 5 Feet of piping. We consulted with a plumber friend told us to call the city. City sent a crew within 2 hours. Summary: New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Company came, did the wrong assessment, tried to make $7,100 dollars and when I called saying the city fixed it, no money back.SCAMMERS!!
Hoping this message saves someone the pain I went through... Please dont get scammed by these guys!!! get multiple quotes before ever doing work with them and definitely dont call them first if you have an emergency where time is critical and they have the opportunity to squeeze you using the high pressure tactics. We had a toilet back-up that they didnt properly clear and basically manufactured into requiring our basement to be torn up to the tune of $8500 to replace 10ft of pipe
I dont even know where to begin... The guys that came to take a look at my plumbing issue were amazing! They took the time to see what the issue was but also took the time to explain the situation and what had to be done for the future to avoid further problems. They showed up when they said they would and in the end didnt even charge me for their visit! Thank you to both guys that came... Im sure to recommend New Canadian drain & plumbing!!!!
New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd did plumbing repair in my home, during which time my LED Smart TV was irreparably damaged. They then refused to pay for any damages or replacement. The plumbers moved it on its stand to do pipe replacement in living room wall, and they witnessed it clearly working before they moved it. He explained what needed to be done and, with my approval, he and his crew began working on my drains right away. By that evening, my drain was fixed and working like new. This company changed prices and was not able to discount based on large amounts of not difficult work, plumber could discount a small percentage, immediate manager Iman could not discount and said the boss Igor would not do anything nor would give out his contact info and does not talk to customers....
Thanks to Peter coming out over the Easter weekend. I almost had to cancel my family plans because the 1 toilet I had decided to over flow non stop. He was in and out within 30 min leaving me with plenty of time to clean up.Thanks again New Canadian Drain
I have been dealing with New Canadian Drain and Plumbing for the past 10 years and have never been disappointed with their services. They know their stuff and they do a great job. I have used this company for my mother’s home as well as my home for various plumbing issues that they were able to fix right away on the spot and they always stayed within the price that I was quoted. New Canadian Drain is terrible! Owner is a bully, and they do not stand behind their work and blame the customer. I would love to give details about my situation, but am afraid of retribution. Just stay away.
I tried plunging my bathtub a few times in master bedroom washroom and it worked for bit but then it block up again. After I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Mr. Khem came and unplugged my Bathtub and in addition he adjusted my handle free of charge, he did a wonderful job. Khem is the best!!! Price $180.00
My mother called me she was upset about her kitchen because she had water leaking on the floor. I came over to her house to look at the problem there was something wrong with the plumbing so I called New Canadian drain & plumbing a company I have dealt with in the past. The plumber came and in no time he fixed my mother sink, she was very happy with the plumbers service. Like usual N.C.D.P. never let me down, keep up the good work guys! :) Price $220.00
This last weekend we had people over for a party and the next day I find water in my basement at first I thought one of my friends may have dumped something in the toilet so I called New Canadian Plumbing, the plumber found the problem the vent pipe outside was broken so they sent a guy to dug up my lawn and replaced the broken pipe they also called the city for an inspection and I will receive a rebate from the city. This company is very responsible and knowledgeable! Cost $2,000.00
