Staff is trying to provide good service (groomer/cashier from previous business in this space, Umbrella), but the current owner insists on comparing credentials before accepting useful feedback on staff shortcomings. I live across the street, but will happily take my business elsewhere. I have never been verbally assaulted how I was today by the self-proclaimed “former accountant” and owner who feels it’s her place to treat new customers with disdain, disrespect and contempt.
