    Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend at work before 4pm. He received a call at 7:30pm saying he was at his place of work with a delivery. Finally received the flowers at almost 9pm. an additional charge of $179.00 was added to my credit card!! I am having trouble getting anyone to answer a phone. I will be putting in a complaint with the better business bureau.

    I ordered flowers for my son's mother-in-law and was quoted a price of $129.99. Upon checking my credit card I saw an amount of $209.98. Definitely assuming an error on their part because no mention of such a total was explained to me, they adamantly denied not telling me. Had these extra expenses been outlined for me, there's no way I would authorize an extra charge of $89.99!! True, "buyer beware", but this was an outright omission and theft as far as I'm concerned!! Don't order from them!

    poor performance..will not use again.web site confusing

    We ordered flowers for Mother 90 years of age. Flowers were broken and there was not a vase, just a piece of sponge with flowers stuck in I emailed them twice to express my disappointment with no reply at all. I phoned today and spoke with Michael. he was very abrupt and told me that I should have ordered a vase with the arrangement. that the option was right there on the web site on a drop down menu. he then said to hold a minute and eventually hung up the phone. I phoned back 4 times...nothin

    ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service. My boyfriend placed an order to have roses sent to my work on Friday and nothing came in. Finally it arrived Saturday with the most unattractive package, nothing like what it looked online when he placed the order. Online it was a certain price and on my boyfriend bank statement was another price. I called the day it arrived because my boyfriend paid $70 for 12 roses and to be delivered(mind you online it said free delivery) and to question the service. Th

    Do Not Purchase From These Crooks

    My doorbell rang one time at 9:00 a.m. I immediately went to the door and nobody was there but a bouquet of flowers were left on my step. Within the bouquet were five roses all of which were dead and looked at least one week old (I have taken a flower arranging course and no old flowers). I called the company and continually received a message saying the person I was trying to reach was unavailable. After nine attempts I finally got a live body. He said I would have to speak with a supervisor and that none were available. I asked if one could please return my call today. By 2:30, no call, so I attempted to get through again and only received the unavailable message 3 times before I spoke with a live body. That person told me to take some photos and send them to the company. He gave me the e-mail address 3 times. My message kept coming back to me. I called several times again before I got another live body who also told me that she could not help me. I told her that the email address I was given did not exist because my emails kept coming back. She told me that I must be doing something wrong. Once again she too could not help me and could not put me through to a supervisor. I read other reviews all of which were as terrible as mine and decided to vent my frustration via this option in the hope that nobody else will get sucked in by these people.

    Terrible service, dishonest people

    I ordered flowers to arrive at my sisters baby shower and paid an extra $20 for express delivery. They showed up two days late, after my sister had left the country. Not only did they not refund the express delivery fee but they charged my cc double what they quoted me. When I called to complain (about 5 different times), they would put me on hold for 10 minutes. Finally I called from another number to complain and the rude phone operator hung up on me. Do not order from them! Bloomsnroses

    The horror on Valentines day

    I ordered flowers on feb13 at 9:30am for delivery on the feb 14 between 12-4. I was having a bit of trouble following there web site so I phoned the store and this guy walked me through the site. He ask my name and said he would watch for my order. I ordered an arrangement called "VALENTINES MAGIC" . The "MAGIC" is your money disappears and you never see the flowers. They changed the delivery to Feb 15 and now its the 18th and no flowers. Like other blogs I have read my experience was the same. You have to call about 20 times to get anyone to answer and if you are "lucky" you will get this rude guy that won't let you speak and then he hangs up. I contacted my cc company to see if I can get my money back but the other bloggers say you will never see your money again. Stay away from this company
