I moved about 8 months ago to this building.i have lot problem now!ceiling licking in salon floor coming up،wall in salon mildewed washroom has problem,two week they had pipes repair,they damage wall i have too much dust but they dont finish yet ,i gave to them notice two times but nothing.management is terrible!!building is old and has lot problem .sometime i think never finish issues this building!!!

The worst building, don't live here trust me. The management is absolutely terrible.

WORST MANAGED APT BLDG - over entitled and arrogant management that somehow charge their tenants more than the rent money by miscellaneous adjustments on their sub-ledger - found out while we moved out when they made excuses to not return our deposit & interest money! While we lived there for about a decade- 40% of the time their elevators did not work& horrible maintenance of utility.They treat their tenants as though it is government housing, specially the woman in charge of Tenant Relations!

1. Hallways and stairs are not maintained regularly. 2. Litter all over the underground parking 3. Serious roach and other bugs problems. 4. Old, non-energy efficient windows. A/C wont help during summer time. 5. The water pressure is way low in every unit. 6. Your rent may increase over 3% yearly.
