Awful experience. Broken items (which they lied about and tried to cover up), my wright sets went “missing” and a shelf made by my dad before he passed away also went missing. Awful awful company. Do not trust them!

Horrible horrible experience!!!

I called them on two separate occasions. The first was to move a piano. All movers were courteous and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. The second time was to move a very heavy fridge from my basement to my garage. Again, I am very satisfied. Good job and thank you!

Horrible Experience Extremely Unprofessional

Left property with van half loaded. Took photos as proof. Refused to pick up rest of furniture, 47 packed boxes & bins, 13 garment bags, framed pictures, statue, patio furniture, decorative items, instruments etc. Not apololgetic or concerned about two middled aged woman with serious health problems would be able to move the rest of belongings to their new home. Spoke to owner b4 move to confirm details. He has no excuses. Quick to demand money for a job not finished. Stressed

Please get your quote in writting!!!! We had agreed to a 2 hour move at 140$ per hour plus a 45 minute travel time which was supposed to be just under 400$ I got a call from "Brian" the night before the move who changed his mind and said we had to pay a minimum of 3 hours plus 45 minute travel. We were basically at their mercy and they played us. The cost was a little over 593$ so almost 200$ more than quoted. I wish I could go more into datail but no space left here

Fantastic. Very fast and extremely respectable with all of our furniture. Also insured. Three other companies told me they were insured .they lied 1 couldn't show me papers proving it and two others showed me false papers that when checked up on turned out to be forgeries. U call I HAUL was truthful I called his insurance company and it checked out.. Very friendly . and fast very fast worth every penny I recommend them to everybody.. Thank you Brian a truly great experience

AWEFULL experience! ADVISE NO ONE USE THEM TO MOVE They gave me a quote and if you do get a quote from them make sure to get it in writing!!!! By the end of the move they charged me a lot more than the quote and all because they came already late to deliver everything and didn't have time to finish the job. If I would of known this I would of used other moving company that their quote was higher because by the end of the day I ended up paying more than the more expensive moving companies.
