15 minutes of in ...
15 minutes of in class "training", which consisted of them telling me what answer to circle for over 70 questions. Absolutely no practical training. They never saw me drive a lift truck. They still provided my employer with a laminated certificate for them to photocopy that says I passed their "Comprehensive" counter balance training.

Hello MitchIronside - I'm not sure when and who provided you with training but your description of the training doesn't match Lift Depot's training program for Lift Truck Operators. If you have any questions and concerns of the training you did receive plus call to discuss.
