Wow! Old fashioned service at an old fashioned price! I can't say enough about how good my experience with Randy's Appliances was. Had a broken Samsung washing machine - called and got a real human voice (5 minutes before closing time) - Randy's wife :) I was given very reasonable pricing and washer was fixed within a couple of days. I'm glad I found a local business I feel great about supporting! It boils down to one very simple thing: THEY CARE! And they're not greedy like most these days.

Randy & his wife are like the best country people - helpful, knowledgeable, with good prices. Better than the box stores. We bought all of our kitchen appliances from them. After warranty, we still get excellent service at reasonable pricies. We recommend them to everyone we know!!

Caution !

Be careful when picking up your purchase, Make sure nothing is missing and boxes are not opened. I purchase washer and dryer, I brought them home and i found out the pair i purchase were floor models, Missing owner's manuals When I contacted the dealer about it, they denied everything and refused to do an exchange.
