BEWARE: Calling Brody's? Prepare to get screwed! $879 TO DO A STUPID SIMPLE SNAKE JOB IN A HOME. Called Saturday morning to snake out a 40' line at my home...a 30 minute job. With Brody's it's a 2+ hour job and they charged 290/hr since 2 guys showed up to snake a line - seriously? Complained about the bill and got nothing but an arguement and told to go elsewhere if we didn't like it. $250-300 would have been acceptable but this little exercise with Brody's cost us $879. NEVER AGAIN

Brody's installed a new furnace for me in December of 2012 and have followed up with proper maintenance since the time of install. Their Technicians are courteous and professional.

New HVAC spent $9000

Terrible experience. $9000 on new HVAC system and Brody's hasn't followed through on fixing their errors, tracked chunks of mud through my home, and didn't even check that all vents were blowing cold before leaving install (2 vents not working upstairs. Almost one month after install nothing has changed and owner never returned my request for a callback. It seems I'm only able to talk to the salesman who has solved nothing for me. I don't feel valued as a customer andhaven't heard an apology.

When i called my water heater rental for a new heater, they sent Brody's to install one, they where great then so when I needed a plumber I recognized the name and called them to unclog my drain. I tried for 2 weeks using various products, they had it running in less then half an hour. Great Job :)
