    The doctor is good but the front desk staff rarely pick up the phone and call back if you leave a message. The auto message should inform business hours.

    My daughter was a...

    My daughter was advised to meet Dr. Boris Karlin at his office at 180 Steels ave.W after cleaning to discuss a minor pain in her jar. The assistant mentioned that, probably, there will be no charge. We came for an appointment this morning. The assistant did not explain us anything about charges & sent my daughter to doctor's office. After 3 min. she was out w/ not even filled up referral form to see some orthodontist. She tried to ask the doctor questions, but he ignored her & walked away. The a
