    Wow same experien...

    Wow same experience to the tee was told pump they took our pump and came back and said they found a replacement BUT did they really or just put the old one back in!! Following that did a litle test said see works BUT when we tried a full load same old thing it did not spin dry. I did my homework and challenged the pump as I said well it does not have standing water so pump might be okay but agreed to replace as hoping that they DR would know more than me. NO return calls and still now washe

    ****PLEASE SHARE DON'T USE APPLIANCE DR!!! So our washer broke about a month ago now ... so we called the APPLIANCE DR to come have a look.... they came out and said we needed a new pump which is what we thought ... it took them 2 weeks to get the part and several calls from us inquiring on status . They came out Dec 22 and said they changed the pump and charged us 251.00 and left .. we put our first load in and it was doing the exact same thing it was doing before ...we called left messages on machines.. talked to people who "just answered phones" with no calls back and excuse after excuse as to why there was no calls back ... needless to say we called another company and they just came out to fix it ...and guess what ??? They didn't replace it at all !!! Do not use APPLIANCE DR.... please share..so others don't have the same issues !!

    very rude indivi...

    very rude individual full with lies and could create stories never end to achieve what ever in his mind. No trust in him at all .....and if there is no trust there is no business with this guy... my advice to stay as far as possible from this business..no Idea how this business still in the market

    I dropped off our 2 year old dehumidifier.I wanted them to check it over as they were the authorized service location.It was working but not good enough.The humidity was at 70 % in our basement.There was a 5 year warranty on the compressor ,so ,if it needed that it was ok with me because it was no charge.After a couple of weeks I called them.They said it was working{ well , I knew that}.I said I would be in to pick it up.I arrived at the store at 2:45 pm.The door was locked and a closed sign on the window.The store hours were 9 am - 5 pm.I waited and no one showed.I left a message on the answer machine and no one even called me at home.I waited another week and went in at 9 am to pick it up.They charged me $40.00.A so called drop off charge.It doesn't surprise me that the businesses in Sarnia are hurting with sevice like that.Total incompetence.

    DARREN IS A GREAT GUY TO DEAL WITH...IF YOU WANT AN HONEST GUY THAT HELPS YOU OUT FOR A SMALL PRICE...CALL APPLIANCE DOCTOR. QUICK, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL & INEXPENSIVE. UNDER $150 TO FIX MY DRYER(WAS SQUEAKING LIKE CRAZY & MAKING ME TENSE) & INSTALL A PART IN MY WASHER(NOW I DON'T HAVE TO PUT A HEAVY JUG ON THE LID TO GET THE RINSE CYCLE GOING). & THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE TIME SPAN THAT WAS PROMISED. I WOULD SAY QUALITY SERVICE SUMS IT UP.

    GREAT Place to do business!!

    I called Darrin and he came to our cottage on Stag Island. It was determined that our fridge was done. He arrainged to deliver a new/used matching fridge to the Corunna ferry dock. There we exchanged broken for working. He even lent me a appliance dolly!! There was a mix-up in payment, but it was immediately corrected. I highly recommend Darrin's services and he will be the first call if appliance repairs are needed in the future!! Very trustworthy, honest, resonable, friendly and punctual!! Highly recommended!!
