This company does bad business! I purchased items that arrived broken. They claimed they would reimburse the funds to me. They placed a reimbursement claim and received all their money back in November of 2014 (then LIED to me telling me it would take 3 to 4 months to get reimbursed from Shipping company)and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed!! Do not order anything from her or her husband! Daddy's Got Props!!!!
Amazing customer service from Melissa and her staff. I ordered a birthday outfit for m daughter which got lost in the mail, when I contacted Melissa about it she went right ahead and remade a new outfit no questions asked and had it sent out to me within a couple days. WOW, thank you so much for all your hard work and going above and beyond for me, I know I will be back and going broke ;)
I went to this shop today to pick up a couple Christmas gifts as I have been hearing so much about it lately, I'm so glad I did. This is an amazing store, and is now my go-to for anything kid! Can't wait to go back again.
What an AWESOME!!! This store has it all, everything for boys, girls, mom's and there is even a little runway, doesn't get better then that. We have already pre-booked my daughter's birthday party here for the Spring and can't wait. If you are in the area or just looking for something to do you have to stop by Melissa's Bowtique.
I have been a customer of Melissa's for almost 3 years now. I have watched her business grow from her livingroom to a small storefront and now to a HUGE storefront. I have never received anything but exceptional customer service from Melissa with every purcahse. She has always gone above and beyond with every order I have ever made (or anyone I know has ever made). She goes that extra little step to be original and I appreciate that. I always get excited when her pink packages arrive at my door.
I stopped by Melissa's Bowtique last weekend as I have heard so many amazing things about her and her store. And it was better then I had expected. Amazing customer service! There was something there for everyone, and it was the cutest boutique ever. I can't wait to go back again and am already planning my daughter's second birthday outfit for Melissa to make
Buyer beware. Store owner unprofessional, lacks any customer service skills, blames buyer for mistakes she makes. I am still waiting for my $160 order 3 months later.
There are 2 sides to every story. I have been ordering from Melissa's Bowtique for 3 years and have always been 150% happy. She goes above and beyond every time, her customer service and quality are superior. I am a lifetime customer along with anyone I refer her to!!

Back in may i ordered clutches for my bridesmaids fornmy September wedding. In august i drove an hour and a half to pick them up. I asked for ivory and i got white after she tried to tell me how wrong i was i went back through the many messages bavk and forth. Sp she said she would do them again and promised i would have them before my wedding day. The week before the wedding came around and still nothing. Asked her where they were and she said she had not finished them yet and she would send them out two days before the wedding so i should have them the day before which i was not happy with taking that chance so i asked for my money back and she said no she doea not do redunds. Well it is 5 days past my wedding and 6 days ago i was suppose to receive these clutches andstill nothing. She is soo rude and has thee worst customer service skills i have ever seen from a buisness owner
I ordered a flower girl dress from Melissa's Bowtique in the beginning of February. I was SO excited when the package arrived at the end of March. However, I was severely disappointed when I opened it. The top was completely the wrong style and size and the sash was missing. I messaged Melissa immediately and she said there was a mix up and she has my top and sash with her at the store, I will have it by Thursday. I did not receive the new package until the following Monday and was again disappointed. The shirt was the correct style, but did not match the measurements I had sent and wasn't even white, it was an off-white which looked dirty against the white tutu and would look horrible with the bride's white dress. AND, the sash was still missing. I messaged Melissa again and stated that I was looking for a refund now because I was not confident I would get what I needed in time for the wedding. She immediately stated she does not give refunds and "if I had measured properly, it would fit"...I again explained that the shirt infront of me does not match the measurements given to her...and it wasn't even a white shirt...to which she stated "that's not possible, they were made from the same fabric". I am NOT impressed with how she handled this situation; no professionalism at all and did not even offer to work with me to find a solution that would please us both. I have posted a picture of the two tops...the one on the left is the correct style, but you can see that it looks dirty compared to the first top sent by "mistake" and it will look horrible beside the bride's WHITE dress. Definitely not ever going to order anything from her ever again and I encourage you to never deal with her either.
