Golden Glow Tan

I've been tanning at Golden Glow for years and recently started going to the new sugarist Sabrina. Great experience! She is super light handed and was quick too. No pain at all which makes it a much more enjoyable experience! They keep the sugar nice and warm so it goes on and flicks much more smoothly than some! As someone who's been getting sugared for over two years now, she's my new gal!I would recommend them for tanning and sugaring!

I was in on 2 separate occasions within the last week. Very snooty staff! On the first visit, the girl getting my info wasn't too bad until I asked if she had anymore "bunny" stickers on the back because there were none in the bowl. She was reluctant to go look while the other girl sat there cleaning her nails at the front desk. On the second visit it was another woman at the counter and the tone of her voice was very unprofessional. The other girl say at the counter texting away on her phone. I again asked for the bunny sticker because again there was none in the bowl. She got some from the back but refused to give me a couple extra for the next time I came in. I'm more apt to drive to the north end and go back to palm beach where the staff are pleasant and always keep the little things up, like ensuring stickers are available. I have a couple of friends who also go to golden glow and they have the same complaints lately, snotty staff members, and sitting there cleaning your nails or texting when customers are there is completely unprofessional!

I agree with the last review. Not impressed with staff and bulbs seems to be burnt out whenever I go. I never get any color and my skin just smells when I leave. Would like refund for my minutes remaining but doubt I could get.

Service and quali...

Service and quality has gone downhill since previous owners. Bulbs no longer changed regularly-only when they burn out, and its not uncommon to get a bed with some bulbs not working, and customer service isnt what it used to be
